Associate Referral Bonus Program
In order to hire the best-qualified candidates, Duke Realty has established an effective Associate Referral Bonus Program. Designed to assist management in bringing the finest talent to the company, this program also rewards our associates for promoting Duke Realty as an employer of choice. Here is how the program works:
  • As a potential new hire, please profile online and provide the name of the internal associate who referred you to Duke Realty

  • Associates are eligible to receive from $500 to $1000 for each qualified candidate they refer who is subsequently hired by Duke Realty and completes 90 days of service.
