Diversity at Duke Realty Corporation
Diversity is an important strategic initiative at Duke Realty Corporation involving our Associates, our customers and our shareholders.

Diversity Council
The Diversity Council, created in 1998, is employee-driven and led by employees of Duke Realty Corporation located in all 19 cities across the country and is continuously a top priority of Denny Oklak, Chairman and CEO of Duke Realty Corporation. The Council works to increase diversity awareness within the company, serves as the governance body for diversity efforts at Duke Realty Corporation, and makes recommendations to Duke Realty Corporation's Executive Committee on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Recent efforts of the Diversity Council include the election of a new Chair for the Diversity Council, the sanctioning and sponsorship of Employee Networking Groups, and the establishment of the business case for diversity at Duke Realty Corporation. Duke Realty Corporation's Chief Diversity Officers lead the Diversity Council in its efforts.

- Duke Realty Corporation believes in a supplier base that reflects the diversity of its customer base. The company's commitment to supplier diversity is evident in its long history of doing business with small, minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned business enterprises (SMWDVBE).
- Duke Realty Corporation's Supplier Diversity Program is a new initiative to the Duke diversity equation. The program is designed to ensure that minority, women and disabled veteran suppliers are included in the procurement process, and provides developmental assistance to these businesses.
