Career Development/In-House Training:
At Duke Realty Corporation, we realize that our greatest asset is our Associates. We endeavor to hire and retain the most-qualified people. One of the ways in which we achieve these goals is to provide ongoing Career Development courses. Our Career Development Training Program supports the company's mission, and offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth to Associates at all levels.
Career Development courses enhance the Associates' existing knowledge and skills, and make them more valuable to the Company. These courses improve their interpersonal and communication skills, which translates into greater productivity and efficiency, better working relationships between Associates, and higher morale.

Technology Training:
Technology training is available to all Duke Associates. Newly hired Associates are offered an Up and Running class to help them maximize the benefits of technology as it applies to their work. Training in specialized business software and select Microsoft applications is offered to all Duke Associates.

Certification/External Training:
Duke encourages its Associates to become more knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and supports their efforts to do so by covering all or part of the expenses incurred while earning professional certifications or attending other outside training seminars.
