EDGE is a career development program designed to provide associates with the necessary tools and resources to manage their careers at Duke Realty.
Duke Realty offers ongoing training and development opportunities to associates, regardless of experience—from meaningful mentoring initiatives created to help build confidence and skills, to professional, company-supported training, to development resources such as assessments, podcasts and online courses. At Duke Realty, we encourage our associates to take full advantage of all the resources available to them as they move forward in managing their growth and development.

Certification/External Training:
Duke Realty encourages its associates to become more knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and supports their efforts to do so by covering all or part of the expenses incurred while earning professional certifications or attending other outside training seminars.

Mentoring
The Duke Realty Mentoring Program is designed to help our team members learn new skills, network throughout the organization, develop tools and resources to build their career, and establish a path to their future.
All Duke Realty associates are eligible to participate in the annual company-sponsored program, and participation is open to all members of the team from Executive Committee members to front-line associates. Though participation in the mentoring program is elective, associates are encouraged to become involved in the program as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the growth and development of our associates.
