Background
In December 2007, Duke entered the Norfolk/Suffolk market, with the
acquisition of three industrial buildings totaling 466,000 square feet
and direct access to the Port of Virginia. Duke continues to look for
opportunites that will serve customers with their growing needs in this
important market.
