Why should I register my company?

By becoming a registered supplier, you have completed the first step in our competitive bidding process. This database is used as a sourcing tool by Duke associates with purchasing authority so that your company can be considered for future contracting opportunities.

Who should I contact with technical questions about my registration?

Please reference the Supplier Guide located in the Supplier Registration system. If you still have questions, contact Duke’s supplier management support staff via e-mail at supplier.info@dukerealty.com.

Does registering as a supplier guarantee a contract with Duke?


Registering in Duke’s Supplier Management System does not guarantee a contracting opportunity with Duke Realty Corporation. However, we can assure you that equal opportunity is given to all potential small and diverse vendors in our procurement selection process.

Can I look at other vendors’ information?

No, all information is secure and confidential and is only available to Duke Realty Corporation.

What does Duke expect from its suppliers?

Duke Realty Corporation chooses first-rate suppliers to its meet business needs in the selection process for procurement opportunities. Suppliers must demonstrate financial viability, provide competitive pricing, and a have a proven track record of projects completed on time. For small and diverse suppliers, maintenance of certifications is mandatory.
