Only 60,000 SF Remains Available for Lease in Duke Realty’s Turnpike Crossing

Interest in two buildings, delivered nine months ago, has been strong with tenants signing leases for 100% of one building and 40% of the other.

(Weston, Fla. – Feb. 7, 2017) The South Florida office of Duke Realty Corporation, a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of quality industrial facilities, announces that it has signed leases with three new tenants, raising occupancy in one of its recently delivered Turnpike Crossing buildings to 100 percent and the other to 40 percent. Located in Palm Beach County at Florida’s Turnpike and Jog Road, Turnpike Crossing 1315 is a 124,523-square-foot warehouse that is now fully leased to three tenants. Two other tenants have signed leases totaling 47,350 square feet in Turnpike Crossing 1333, a 104,551-square-foot building, leaving 57,201 square feet available for lease. Both buildings were delivered in April 2016.

Located in the west central portion of Palm Beach County, Turnpike Crossing provides direct access to Florida’s Turnpike via jog Road, while two other roads in the Turnpike Crossing area provide northbound access to the Turnpike and I-95. In addition, Turnpike Crossing is close to South Florida ports and Palm Beach International Airport.

The remaining space in Turnpike Crossing 1333 features 32′ minimum clear height, 40′ x 50′ column spacing, 50′ x 50′ dock bays, 20 dock doors, one drive-up ramp and an ESFR sprinkler system. A shared 180′ truck court is located between Turnpike Crossing 1315 and 1333.
