(Chicago, IL – July 15, 2019) The Chicago office of Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), the leading domestic-focused industrial property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the country, has signed a lease with Acer Service Corporation, a repair and service provider for Acer computer products, for an additional 50,570 square feet in its building located at 16508 S. John Lane Crossing in Lockport. Following Acer’s expansion, which comes just 16 months after its first lease for 166,024 square feet, the 300,494-square-foot building, known as Lockport 16508, is 72 percent occupied. The remaining 83,720 square feet is available for lease.

Lockport 16508 is a modern, first-class logistics facility that was delivered in 2017. The building features 32′ clear height, 54′-6″ x 50′ dock bays with 70′ staging bays, 2,400-amp, 480-volt power, an ESFR sprinkler system and numerous trailer and automobile parking spaces
