(Indianapolis, Ind. – Dec.12, 2012) Construction is underway on a new Hampton Inn, the first hotel in Anson, Duke Realty’s 1,700-acre mixed-use development on the northwest side of Indianapolis just off I-65, and the first, Class A hotel in Boone County. The 56,708-square foot, four-story hotel, which is slated to open in July/August 2013, will feature 92 rooms and expand the amenities available in the Anson community.
(Indianapolis, Ind. – Nov. 8, 2012) Browning/Duke Realty today announced the completion of Regal Beloit Corporation’s (NYSE: RBC) new regional distribution and logistics headquarters in AllPoints Midwest, a bulk industrial park being developed jointly by the two companies in Indianapolis’ southwest submarket. The 376,000-square foot building, which is LEED® New Construction registered, was delivered September 30, four weeks ahead of the targeted delivery date of November 1, 2012.
(Whitestown, Ind. – Nov. 6, 2012) PulteGroup, Inc. has purchased a 24-acre land parcel and started site work and improvements for a new single-family home subdivision in Anson, the mixed-use community being developed by Duke Realty just off I-65 at SR334. The preparation of 36 lots for new Pulte homes is underway, along with the installation of new infrastructure, including roads, water and sewer connections, storm detention, and entry signage.
