Duke Realty Constructing 151,624 SF Industrial Building in Greenfield North Business Park

Located just off the I-40/Highway 70 interchange in Garner, new building will provide move-in ready, state-of-the-art warehouse space.

(Raleigh, N.C. ‒ Nov. 1, 2016) The Raleigh/Washington, DC office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of bulk industrial facilities, announced that it is building Greenfield North 1001, a new, speculative, 151,624-square-foot bulk warehouse. Located in Garner just south of Raleigh, Greenfield North 1001 will be the sixth industrial building owned and operated by Duke Realty in Greenfield North Business Park. All of Duke Realty’s other buildings in the park are currently 100 percent leased. Construction on Greenfield North 1001 began in October with completion scheduled for May 2017.

Located at 1001 North Greenfield Parkway, Greenfield North 1001 will feature 32′ clear height, 50′ x 50′ column spacing, 36 – 9′ x 10′ dock doors, two 12′ x 14′ drive-in doors, an ESFR fire protection system and 1,200-amp electrical service. Outside the building will be a 120′ truck court and parking for 55 automobiles.

Duke Realty still has 29.76 acres available for development in Greenfield North Business Park that will support two buildings totaling approximately 415,000 square feet.
