Each year, Duke Realty leaders gather to celebrate company successes, network with teams from across the country, share industry insights and learn from experts in various fields. In 2022, after a pause in company gatherings due to the global pandemic, Duke Realty associates gathered once again for team-building exercises, informational sessions and an awards ceremony that showcased the best in the company. Here are some highlights from the two-day event in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Four Seasons Resort.

Day 1 consisted of company results and strategy discussion, Corporate Responsibility goals and a welcome reception under an amazing desert sunset.

Day 2 included industry learnings, a case study and a fun team-building event. Company leaders packed backpacks for local children in need, played fun games and mingled with colleagues.

The conference concluded with a celebration for all the hard work that led to individual and company success in 2021. The Duke Realty Awards of Excellence celebrated dozens of company leaders for their contributions.
