Duke Realty Increases its Industrial Portfolio in South Florida with Acquisition of Three Buildings in Miami

Newly built properties, which collectively will be named Miami Industrial Logistics Center, total 676,835 square feet and are available for lease.

(Weston, FL – May 1, 2017) In South Florida, Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of quality industrial facilities, announces that the company has acquired three, newly constructed industrial buildings totaling 676,835 square feet in the Hialeah Gardens submarket of Miami, raising its portfolio in the market to 5.9 million square feet. The three buildings, which are located on the east side of Florida’s Turnpike at U.S. 27, collectively will be named Miami Industrial Logistics Center.

All three buildings are modern, state-of-the-art facilities with 32′ clear heights, 60′ speed bays, large truck courts and ample automobile parking. All are shell complete and available for lease.
