Lease Deal Brings Company’s Washington, D.C. Portfolio to 100% Occupancy

ARLINGTON, Virginia ‒ December 2, 2021 ‒ The Washington, D.C. office of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), the nation’s leading domestic-focused, industrial-only property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), announces that its portfolio in the market is at 100 percent occupancy with a new lease deal at TransDulles Centre 22633. Duke Realty has secured a new deal for 24,050 square feet at 22633 Davis Drive in Sterling, Virginia.
