(Dallas, Tex. – July 30, 2013) The Dallas office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) has signed a new lease totaling 209,070 square feet in its Grand Lakes I building with APL Logistics Warehouse Management, a global third-party logistics services provider. Grand Lakes I is located at 4003 Gifford Street in Grand Prairie.

APL Logistics’ lease takes a portion of the 587,355 square feet of space that is immediately available at Grand Lakes I. With respect to the remaining space in the building, Randy Wood, Vice President, Leasing for Duke Realty, said, “Not only was this 209,070-square-foot lease a great fit for APL, but it also effectively “squared up” the remaining 378,285 square feet of vacant space in the building. Since we have the ability to expand the building by an additional 282,507 square feet, Grand Lakes I can offer a prospective user 660,792 square feet of state-or-the-art, cross-docked, bulk warehouse space with great visibility and access to I-30.”
