Duke Realty Leases 57,690 SF in 101 South Hanley

(St. Louis, Mo. – July 10, 2013) Duke Realty Corporation’s (Duke Realty) St. Louis office announced today that it has leased 57,690 square feet to NISA Investment Advisors, L.L.C. (NISA), a St. Louis-based, employee-owned, institutional investment manager, in 101 South Hanley, its Class A, 19-story office building in Clayton. NISA will occupy three contiguous floors in the building starting in September 2013.

Located at the eastern edge of the Clayton business district, 101 South Hanley is accessible via South Hanley Road and Bonhomme Avenue and is within minutes of I-64 and I-170. The building features a glass-enclosed atrium lobby that opens onto a retail corridor, which includes J. Buck’s Restaurant, BMO Harris Bank, Joe’s Java and Deli, Elleard Heffern Fine Jewelers, an on-site car wash service and shoe shine.
