(Minneapolis, Minn. – Mar. 3, 2014) Duke Realty Corporation’s (Duke Realty) Minneapolis office announced that it has signed a new, 75,729-square foot lease in Enterprise Industrial Center with Nippon Express USA, a global logistics services provider. With this transaction, Enterprise Industrial Center, a165,755-square foot industrial building in Mendota Heights, is 100 percent leased.
“We are pleased that Nippon Express chose our Enterprise Industrial Center for its new warehouse/distribution center,” said Pat Mascia, Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development for Duke Realty in Minneapolis. “The building is ideal for their needs due to its location just south of the Twin Cities and its ready access to both I-35 and I-494.”
Phil Simonet with Paramount Real Estate Corporation represented Nippon Express in the transaction. Bryan VanHoof with CBRE was the listing broker, and Pat Mascia represented Duke Realty.
