How Duke Realty Restored Order after Disaster Struck Tenant CNH

To be a reliable partner through hard times, you first have to know how to be a great partner in the easier times. Our longstanding partnership with CNH Industrial, the world’s third-largest capital equipment manufacturer, shows that we understand both sides of that equation.

A tenant in Lebanon Business Park since 2003, CNH experienced a business setback with far-reaching implications when a tornado ripped through 200,000 square feet of the facility’s roof.

“That was the first time since opening that this location actually stopped shipping parts, and the world took notice,” said Keith Shadrick, senior director of operations for CNH. “Within hours, Duke Realty had mobilized a full army of resources to help us with the recovery of the site, and by December 5, Duke Realty had helped us to restore operations in two-thirds of the building so that we could restore shipping.

“We’re certainly very proud to be associated with Duke Realty,” Shadrick said, “and very appreciative of the standards they hold for their locations.”
