Duke Realty Secures Lease for 100,000 SF at Walnut Creek with National Cabinet Manufacturer

New Lease Deal Keeps Duke Realty’s Walnut Creek at 100 Percent Occupancy

RALEIGH, NC – May 5, 2021 — The Raleigh/Washington, DC office of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), the leading domestic-only, pure-play logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces that it has signed a new lease deal for its Walnut Creek 3071 facility. J&K Cabinetry, a national manufacturer of wood cabinets and vanities, will occupy 100,000 square feet — the entire facility.

Walnut Creek is a 92-acre master-planned industrial development with five buildings and more than 500,000 square feet of space. Located within a minute drive of Route 440 and Interstate 64, Walnut Creek is located on Raleigh’s east side.
