Successful Renewal Keeps Duke Realty’s Woodlake Center at 100 Percent Occupancy

(Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces that it has signed a lease renewal for its Woodlake 100 facility at 100 Innovation Avenue in Morrisville, North Carolina. A global commercial printing company will continue to occupy 45,000 square feet of the 108,000-square-foot building in Woodlake Center.
