(Atlanta, Ga. – Feb. 3, 2011) Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) has sold 5.5 acres of land to All American Containers of Georgia, and will build a 61,000-square foot office-warehouse facility for the firm at 4400 North Commerce Dr. in Camp Creek Business Center, located in East Point near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
All American Containers is a worldwide supplier of glass, plastic and metal containers, tubes and dispensers, and plastic and metal closures for food, beverages, cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other items.
“We are delighted to fortify our corporation’s footprint in Camp Creek Business Center, an area that will continue to grow and excel,” said All American Containers CEO Remedios Diaz-Oliver.
Senior Leasing Representative Corey Richardson negotiated the transaction on behalf of ownership. All American was represented by Bob Robers of the Atlanta office of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Plans call for All American to occupy its new facility during second quarter 2011.
“All American Containers’ commitment to Camp Creek Business Center testifies to the quality development and strategic location of the park, as well as to the reputation and talents of Duke Realty’s development team,” said Duke Realty Senior Vice President Chris Brown.
