Duke Realty Signs Two New Leases in Greenfield North 1001

Automotive parts and flooring distributors take space in 151,624 SF building located at I-40 and Highway 70 interchange in Garner.

(Raleigh, NC ‒ March 4, 2019) Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), the leading domestic-focused logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the country, announces that it has a signed two new leases in its Greenfield North 1001 building located at 1001 North Greenfield Parkway in Garner, NC. Partwerx Automotive, an aftermarket auto body parts provider, leased 29,949 square feet, while a carpet distributor leased 30,478 square feet in the 151,624-square-foot building. Following these transactions, 30,468 square feet of space remains available for lease in the building.

Greenfield North 1001 is one of six industrial buildings owned and operated by Duke Realty in Greenfield North Business Park. The building features 32′ clear height, 50′ x 50′ column spacing, 36 – 9′ x 10′ dock doors, two 12′ x 14′ drive-in doors, an ESFR fire protection system and 1,200-amp electrical service. Outside the building is a 120′ truck court and parking for 55 automobiles. In addition to the 30,468 square feet available for lease in Greenfield North 1001, Duke Realty has 29.76 acres available for development in the park that will support two buildings totaling approximately 415,000 square feet.

Justin Booth and Tom Tropeano with Avison Young represented Partwerx Automotive in its lease, while Ashley Lewis and Torey Piccini with JLL represented the other lessee.
