Transactions include new 14,010-square foot lease by Regus and 9,706-square foot expansion by Ogletree Deakins
(Raleigh, NC – Dec. 6, 2011) Duke Realty/Kane Realty announces that they have signed two leases in CAPTRUST Tower at North Hills, including a new lease by Regus and a lease for expanded space by existing tenant Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins). Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, will occupy 14,010 square feet on the 10th floor. Ogletree Deakins, a labor and employment law firm, with 31,489 square feet on the 11th floor is expanding and will also lease 9,706 square feet on the 8th floor. With these leases, the office portion of this17-story, mixed-use tower is 80 percent leased.

Jason High with CBRE represented Regus in its new lease, while Kay Davis with Grubb & Ellis represented Ogletree Deakins in its lease for additional space. Alban Barrus and Tish Turner represented the ownership entity Duke Realty/Kane Realty LLC.
CAPTRUST Tower is the first office high-rise to be built in the North Hills mixed-use development and is suburban Raleigh’s tallest building. Within the building, there are nine stories of premier office space atop a 750-car parking structure designed over 26,000 square feet of retail space. Office space in the building totals almost 275,000 square feet.
