The building also will include 1,200-amp electrical service with 277/480-volt, 3-phase power and an ESFR sprinkler system. Surrounding the building will be 116 automobile parking spaces and a 130′ deep truck court.
1000 Greenfield North Parkway is located in Greenfield North Business Park, a master-planned industrial campus that is home to several of the area’s leading companies, including the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Mohawk, Butterball and Golden State Foods.
