Duke Realty’s Pompano Commerce Center II Fully Leased

Other building features include two 16′ x 16′ drive-in doors, 29 ‒ 9′ x 10′ dock doors, 1,800-amp, 277/480-volt, 3-phase power and a 170′ deep truck court. All of the buildings in Duke Realty’s Pompano Commerce Center offer ready highway access via Sample Road and multiple interchanges with I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.
