Duke Realty’s Sam Houston Crossing Two Is 91 Percent Leased

(Houston, Tex. – April 23, 2013) The Houston office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) today announced that it has leased 35,556 square feet in Sam Houston Crossing Two, its new, speculative office building, to Integrated Trade Systems, Inc. Integrated Trade Systems, which provides international commerce services, such as procurement, inspections, logistics and information technology, will expand its current operations and relocate to the building this summer. With this lease, Sam Houston Crossing Two, a 159,056-square foot, three-story tilt-wall and glass facility scheduled for in-service placement next month, is now 91 percent leased.

Sam Houston Crossing Two is located between Highway 290 and Highway 249 on the Sam Houston Tollway, midway between the I-10 Energy Corridor and the new Exxon Mobile Campus.
