Duke Realty’s SoCal Team Preleases 1.0M SF Logistics Building and Begins Construction of another Facility in Inland Empire East Submarket

Both buildings are located in Perris, CA, a high-demand distribution hub with ready access to the I-215.

(Irvine, CA – November 11, 2019) The Southern California office of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), the leading domestic only, pure-play logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces that it has signed a long-term lease for its logistics building currently under construction at 4375 N. Perris Avenue in Perris, CA, and started the development of another bulk distribution facility also in Perris. A full building lease was signed in Duke Realty’s 1.0 million-square-foot building at 4375 N. Perris Avenue, well before its anticipated delivery in the second quarter of 2020. The company’s newest logistics building at 4501 Patterson Avenue, which will total 800,218 square feet, is projected to deliver in the second half of 2020 and is available for lease.

4375 N. Perris Avenue will be a LEED® certified building with 40’ clear height, 138 dock doors, 245 trailer stalls, 608 auto parking spaces, and 4-grade level loading doors. The building is located on a 54-acre site at the corner of Perris Avenue and Markham Street, both of which have been widened.

4501 Patterson Avenue is being constructed on a 37.3-acre site on the southeast corner of Patterson Avenue and Markham Street. The building, which is being built to LEED® Silver standards, will include 40’ clear height, 117 dock doors, 246 trailer stalls, 367 automobile parking spaces and four grade-level loading doors.
