With 16 million square feet of construction underway, the industrial real estate market in Dallas/Fort Worth is experiencing a period of solid growth. Texas Real Estate Business dug into what’s happening in the area with several industry professionals, including Jeff Thornton, Duke Realty’s Senior Vice President of its Texas Region.
