ATLANTA — December 7, 2021 — The Atlanta office of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), the leading domestic only, pure-play logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, inked a lease agreement with a transportation company for its newest facility in Camp Creek Business Center. The 239,024-square-foot industrial development on 28.7 acres at 2000 Centre Court in East Point, Georgia is still under construction and scheduled for completion this November.
“Camp Creek Business Center, one of the largest business parks in the greater Atlanta area, continues to garner strong client interest and remains 100 percent leased — capitalizing on the high demand for modern, logistics space near the airport and I-285,” said Wes Hardy, Duke Realty vice president of leasing and development in Atlanta.
Duke Realty’s Camp Creek Business Center is a multi-building development with more than five million square feet of space. It has convenient connectivity to I-285 via multiple interchanges and Camp Creek Parkway and provides direct access to the cargo area of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This newest addition to Camp Creek Business Center, 2000 Centre Court. The facility is being built to LEED® certification standards — meeting requirements for environmentally sustainable construction and site development, water savings, energy efficiency and construction waste management.
