(Nashville, Tenn. ‒ June 15, 2015) The Nashville office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of bulk industrial facilities, announced that UNARCO Material Handling, Inc. has leased 155,390 square feet in Nashville Business Center II. The national manufacturer and distributor of structural and roll-formed pallet racking and warehouse storage systems will use the building, which is located at 3438 Briley Park Boulevard, as a product distribution center. With UNARCO’s lease, the building is now 78 percent leased.

Nashville Business Center II is a 501,300-square-foot building that Duke Realty placed in service in 2005, but upgraded recently with new T-5 warehouse lighting with motion sensors. The building features 32ʼ clear height, 42ʼ x 50ʼ bay spacing with 60ʼ x 50ʼ spacing at the dock staging area and ample auto and trailer parking around the building. Improvements made on behalf of UNARCO include constructing a demising wall, adding a new building entrance, establishing separate electrical service and reworking the office area.
